Draft program. Food-plot rates are a starting point, not a locked rec. We confirm against your soil test and a strip before you scale a property.
At 5.5 pH, about half the fertilizer you spread never reaches the plant. A bag of triple-13 does not move pH and it does not match what a plot exports. We place the chemistry and fix the calcium first, so the fertility you buy actually gets used.
No lime truck is getting back to that plot
Most plots sit back off the road where a lime truck cannot reach, so they never get a real lime program and the pH stays sour for years. Liquid calcium goes on with the sprayer you already haul back there and moves calcium and pH in one season.
What this will not do
- No nitrogen on clover. Clover and bean plots fix their own. Layering N undercuts nodulation, so we leave it off.
- No antler promises. This is a soil and forage program. It grows a better plot. What the deer do with it is up to the deer.
